Helping Feed Pets During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Thank you for being a loyal customer during this difficult time.

We are giving away approximately 500 pounds total of combined Hill's branded Science Diet Dog and Cat Food to help feed our pets during this pandemic.

1. Have you lost your job due to COVID-19 or on a fixed income?

2. Do you need help feeding your pet(s)?

3. Are you an active customer**?

If you answered YES to ALL of these questions, then you qualify.  Please provide answers to the following questions.

We will contact you to schedule your curbside food pickup. We are unable to ship this promotional product. We will process applications as they come in based on the date and time. If we validate that you do not qualify, then we will not contact you. All decisions are FINAL. There is no return credit for any product received during this promotion. We cannot guarantee food will be available when you submit your application. There is a limit of one (1) free product per active customer (and not per pet). This promotion ends July 31, 2020 (or until all food has been donated, whichever comes first).

**As an active customer, you have had a current veterinary client patient relationship (VCPR) with us on or prior to March 19, 2020. In addition, your pet(s) must use(s) our wellness services. Our wellness services are exams with vaccines.
